BUD FREITAS MEMORIAL AUCTION RACE

 

 

Eligible Flyers:  Anyone in the Bay City Combine boundaries

Birds:  Any 2011 pigeons can be entered in the race.  Birds that are too young (have not fully covered under their wings) or to old can be entered for $100.00, all other birds which have not dropped any flights can be entered in the auction starting bid $25.00.  Bonded birds must be observed by at least one member of the TCH race committee. Breeders must buy at least one Bird.  Breeders must guarantee opening bid of $25.00 on birds they bring.

Auction Date and Time:  March 20, 2011, at the TCH CLUB house, 4085 Oakwood drive, Fairfield CA 94534. Lunch will be served at 12:00PM and auction will start at 12:30PM.  Doors will be opened at 11:00AM and all birds to be in exhibit cages by 11:30AM.

Race Station:  Race will be flown from Eureka NV.  The birds will be released with the “A” birds in the Combine. Birds can be shipped with any Bay Cities club.

Payout:  Buyer; 50%, Flyer: 30% and Breeder 20%

Prize:  Prize will be split 10 places

      1^st 30%, 2^nd 16%, 3^rd 12%, 4^th 9%, 5^th 8%, 6^th 7%, 7^th 6%, 8^th 5%, 9^th 4%, 10^th 3%

Pools:  Pools can be sent prior to the race to:  Bill Nesler 2144 Rockville Rd, Fairfield CA 94534, or delivered to a TCH Club member.

            Pools “A” $50.00, “B” $25.00, “C” $10.00, “D”$5.00

TCH Club will keep 10% of the prize money, not the pools.

Race Committee:  This committee will be made up of TCH club members.  Any disputes arising from the auction or the race will be settled by this committee.
